Rivian is seeking a Service Advisor in Oregon to be the primary contact for owners from appointment to handover. You will translate technician notes into clear guidance, communicate status updates, and ensure a smooth service experience aligned with Rivian standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Able to work a 40-hour week including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Familiar with CRM systems and modern software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for owners during the service experience.
• Document owner concerns in repair orders and set expectations.
• Translate technical information into clear language for owners.
• Provide updates on vehicle status and timelines.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production teams for service visits.
• Prepare and explain estimates and invoices.
• Maintain records of communications and repairs.
