Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for owners from appointment to handover.
• Listen to concerns, document in repair orders, set expectations.
• Translate technician notes into simple owner explanations.
• Provide status updates and manage timelines with transparency.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production for service alignment.
• Explain estimates and invoices clearly.
• Uphold Rivian hospitality and service standards.
• Maintain records of all customer communications and repairs.
• Support launch/setup of new Service Center locations.
• Assist in warranty repairs and compliance with laws.
