Rivian Automotive is hiring a Service Advisor in Southern California to be the primary contact for Rivian owners throughout their service experience.

You will translate complex vehicle needs into clear explanations, coordinate with service teams, and ensure a seamless, branded service journey for customers. This role emphasizes empathy, organization, and high-quality customer interactions.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Backgrounds in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments valued.
• Automotive service experience is a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to de-escalate sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners from appointment to handover.
• Listen to owner concerns, document them, and set clear expectations.
• Translate technical information from technicians into clear explanations for owners.
• Proactively communicate status updates and manage timelines.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production teams to align service activities.
• Prepare and explain estimates and invoices with clarity.
• Maintain thorough records of customer communications and repairs.
• Uphold Rivian's hospitality and brand standards in every interaction.
• Act as on-site liaison between Rivian’s Service Center and centralized operations.
• Assist in launching new Service Center locations and training.
• Support warranty repairs and ensure compliance with laws.
