Job summary

Rivian Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor to be the central contact and trusted guide for owners throughout their service experience. This role requires empathy, organization, and brand focus, coordinating with a service production team and translating vehicle needs into clear owner communication.

Open to various seniority levels, from entry to senior advisor. On-site at Rivian service centers with emphasis on hospitality, process excellence, and customer care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Available for a 40-hour work week, including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Proficient with laptops, computers and modern software suites (Windows, Google Workspace, Mac, CRM systems).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Rivian owners, managing the service experience from appointment to handover.
• Listen to owner concerns, document them in the repair order, and set clear visit expectations.
• Translate technician information into clear, confident explanations for owners.
• Proactively communicate updates on vehicle status and timelines.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production teams to align service activities.
• Explain estimates and invoices with clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain impeccable records of customer communications and repairs.
• Uphold Rivian hospitality, presentation, and process standards.
