Rivian Automotive in Nashville seeks a Service Advisor to be the frontline contact for owners through the service journey. You will translate vehicle needs into clear, confident communication and coordinate with the service production team to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Backgrounds in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments valued.
• Automotive service experience is a plus but not required for entry level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, managing the service experience from appointment to handover.
• Actively listen to owner concerns, document them, and set clear expectations for the visit.
• Translate technician information into clear explanations for owners.
• Provide regular updates on vehicle status and timelines.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production to align service goals.
• Prepare and explain estimates and invoices with clarity.
• Uphold Rivian hospitality standards in every interaction.
• Maintain records of communications and repairs and monitor performance metrics.
• Interface between Rivian Service Center and local Service Center operations.
• Assist in launching new Service Center locations and training initiatives.
• Support warranty repairs and compliance with automotive laws.
• Engage with vendors and coordinate after-hours service with production.
