New Country Motor Car Group is seeking a Service Advisor to drive service sales and gross profit, while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. This role is the dealership's first-line contact for service customers and plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships as part of a community–focused, family-owned operation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, regardless of whether they are paying for service or warranty.
• Schedule appointments using dealership-approved forms.
• Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problem.
• Secure agreement from customers before repairs begin; cover cost estimates and timelines.
• Obtain customer and vehicle data; secure method of payment.
• Test drive the vehicle with the customer if needed.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and notify the customer if work is needed.
• Advise customers on car care and maintenance per manufacturer's specifications using maintenance menus.
• Ensure that all Repair Orders are accounted for.
