New Country is seeking a Service Advisor to drive service sales and protect gross profit while delivering excellent customer service. This role acts as the first point of contact for service customers and aims to build lasting relationships across our dealership network.

The ideal candidate will communicate clearly, gather accurate vehicle data, and coordinate repairs with technicians to meet timelines and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously in the service area.
• Schedule appointments using dealership-approved forms.
• Communicate with customers to understand and explain the service needs.
• Secure customer approval for repairs, provide cost estimates and timelines.
• Collect customer and vehicle data and secure payment information.
• Test drive with customers when needed to clarify issues.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork, inform customers of required work.
• Advise on car care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Ensure all Repair Orders are properly tracked and closed.
