New Country Motor Car Group is seeking a Service Advisor to drive service sales and maintain high customer satisfaction at our Pennsylvania location. You will be the first-line contact for service customers, guiding them through diagnoses, estimates, and repairs while ensuring accurate data and smooth payment processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, including service and warranty customers.
• Schedule service appointments using approved forms.
• Discuss and diagnose vehicle issues with customers and interpret their statements.
• Obtain customer and vehicle data, secure payment method, and provide cost estimates.
• Test drive with customers when needed to clarify the issue.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and inform customers of needed work.
• Advise on maintenance per manufacturer guidelines and menus.
• Ensure all Repair Orders are properly processed.
