New Country is seeking a Service Advisor who drives service sales and gross profit while ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role is the dealership’s frontline contact, handling service customers and guiding the service process from intake to completion.

The Service Advisor will greet customers, schedule appointments, explain repairs, obtain approvals, and coordinate payments, always maintaining a professional appearance and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously and acknowledge those waiting.
• Schedule appointments using approved forms.
• Communicate with customers to understand the nature of the mechanical problem.
• Obtain approval for repairs, provide cost estimates and expected completion times.
• Collect customer and vehicle data and secure payment method.
• Test drive the vehicle with the customer if needed to assess issues.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork needs and notify customers.
• Advise customers on car care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Ensure all Repair Orders are properly documented.
