Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously; treat all customers equally.
• Schedule service appointments using dealership-approved forms.
• Communicate with customers to identify mechanical problems and interpret statements.
• Obtain agreement on repairs, provide cost estimates and timelines.
• Collect customer and vehicle data; secure payment method.
• Test drive with the customer when needed to clarify issues.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and inform customers of necessary work.
• Advise on car care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Ensure all Repair Orders are properly documented and accounted for.
