Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Provides general administrative support to the Service Team.
• Serves as primary point of contact for assigned teams’ customers.
• Receives and schedules customer service calls.
• Assigns and dispatches service technicians.
• Manages work order documents and project invoicing.
• Coordinates materials, sub-contractors, and equipment.
• Generates and interprets various reports.
• Researches and resolves discrepancies.
