Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a dedicated dispatcher to schedule service calls and manage technician rosters. You will coordinate labor resources, communicate plans to customers, and ensure service delivery meets expectations.

Maintain accurate customer data and participate in weekly planning meetings. Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in service operations, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficiency with NxGen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years in service operations or service scheduling.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service.
• Coordinate technician and mechanic schedules.
• Ensure timely PMs and forecast alignment.
• Debrief technicians and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date customer account information in NxGen.
• Attend weekly planning/scheduling meetings.
