Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians and manage job details for processing.
• Ensure COD payments are collected before job completion.
• Manage technician schedules and align tickets for materials, billing, and inventory.
• Run and review department reports to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with billing paperwork and ensure billing documents meet requirements.
• Create and maintain service tickets and coordinate service dates.
• Collaborate with estimating team to provide service quotes when needed.
• Assist field technicians with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Provide accurate work orders and warehouse pick lists for inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
