Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a dispatch or other high-volume administrative field is a plus.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians to customer job sites and process job details.
• Ensure COD payments are collected prior to job completion.
• Maintain technicians' schedules and align tickets with materials, billing, and closure.
• Generate and review department reports to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with billing paperwork and service quotes as needed.
• Create and maintain service tickets and provide accurate work orders.
