Handyside HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is looking for a Service Coordinator to act as the crucial link between customers and our technicians in Central PA. You will plan and schedule service and installation visits, dispatch technicians strategically, and keep customers informed with realistic expectations before the tech arrives.

You will collaborate with field managers and the Customer Experience Manager, monitor department metrics, and promote a growth mindset across the team while supporting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience coordinating or dispatching tasks is a plus.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus; training provided.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Clear, confident communication with customers and the team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service and installation appointments for customers.
• Dispatch technicians strategically by location and skillset for efficiency.
• Keep customers informed and set clear expectations before arrival of the tech.
• Maintain ongoing contact with field managers and Customer Experience Manager on job details.
• Track department metrics and own the results, including wins and misses.
• Encourage a growth mindset and be the technicians' biggest cheerleader.
