Job summary

Handyside HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Service Coordinator in Etters, PA to link customers with technicians and ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience required.
• Job coordinating or dispatching experience is a plus.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills, especially when busy.

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical is a family-owned team that’s been taking care of Central PA homes for 30 years. We work hard, we have fun, and we look out for each other. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Job Coordinator to be the link between our customers and our technicians, getting the right tech to the right home at the right time.

What You'll Do

• Scheduling service and installation appointments for our customers
• Dispatching technicians strategically, routing by location and skillset for maximum efficiency
• Keeping customers informed and setting clear expectations before the tech arrives
• Staying in constant contact with field managers and the Customer Experience Manager on job details and customer needs
• Tracking department metrics and owning the results, the wins and the misses
• Being your technicians' biggest cheerleader and encouraging a growth mindset across the team

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Job coordinating or dispatching experience is a plus
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but we’ll train you
• Strong organization and prioritization skills, especially when the day gets busy
• Clear, confident communication with customers and the team, by phone and in writing
• Comfortable holding the team accountable to our policies and core values
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and happy to be part of a team
• Ability to pass a background screening
