WM Henderson Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher in Broomall, PA to join our growing team. You will coordinate dispatching of technicians, manage schedules, and deliver exceptional service to residential customers.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in an office or customer service role, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to optimize routes and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of office and/or customer service experience (dispatching experience preferred).
• Professional demeanor and presentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and proactively manage schedules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to learn dispatching and customer management software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC and Plumbing Service Technicians efficiently.
• Review and optimize technician routes to maximize productivity.
• Answer incoming calls from existing customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Enter and maintain service ticket information accurately.
• Create dispatch numbers for ordered parts and track order status.
• Follow up on part deliveries and coordinate installation appointments.
• Collaborate with technicians and internal teams to ensure timely service completion.
