Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Outlook for scheduling and emailing.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls as part of the dispatch call center.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and technicians.
• Schedule service work, match technician skills to job needs, and manage daily work progress.
• Assist with contract scheduling, outstanding service finalization, and administrative tasks (POs, reporting, data entry).
• Create service requests and ensure timely information flow to technicians.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the Dispatch department.
