Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatch or coordination experience.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with maps and the local service area is helpful.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software and phones.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently.
• Build and adjust daily routes in real time.
• Prioritize calls based on urgency, location and technician skillset.
• Monitor job progress and communicate arrival updates.
• Keep technicians informed with job details, directions and updates.
• Partner with Customer Service to create a great customer experience.
• Track technician availability, time off and job completion.
• Maintain accurate job information in ServiceTitan.
• Help resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns.
• Find ways to reduce drive time and maximize technician capacity.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
