This on-site role requires coordinating schedules, optimizing routes, and providing real-time guidance to maximize technician productivity and customer satisfaction.

You will mentor dispatch staff, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with Customer Service, Service Managers, and field personnel.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of dispatch experience in a service-related industry.
Leadership roles in past positions preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel and Word.
Experience with ServiceTitan; Dispatch Pro preferred.
Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
Customer service and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the dispatch team daily, providing guidance and decision-making support; act for the Dispatch Manager in their absence.
Lead daily dispatch huddles and coordinate with Dispatch, Customer Service, Service Managers, PEC Managers, and field personnel.
Audit dispatch activities, schedules, and workflows for accuracy and compliance.
Monitor staffing capacity and service demand to identify gaps and needs.
Review dispatch performance metrics and suggest process improvements for utilization and efficiency.
Assist with onboarding and training of new dispatch members.
