Job summary

Trinity Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Dispatcher in Peachtree City, GA to coordinate service calls and support field technicians. You will manage technician schedules, prioritize calls by urgency, and act as the primary communication conduit between customers, technicians, and management.

The role requires prior dispatcher experience in home-service industries and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign service calls to technicians using sound judgment based on job complexity, technician ability, and location.
• Work with management to balance workload for technicians.
• Keep track of technicians’ schedules and adjust as conditions change.
• Interact with technicians regularly and motivate them.
• Respond to special customer requests related to jobs performed by a technician.
• Follow up on all pending or recommended work.
• Contact customers with parts pending and status of parts.
