Job summary

Eldorado Coffee Roasters is seeking a hardworking Service Coordinator to support the NYC Metro and NJ areas. You will manage daily service operations, field inquiries, and dispatch technicians to locations based on schedules and urgent needs.

The role requires strong customer service skills, dispatch experience, and bilingual Spanish abilities. This is a full-time on-site position supporting a growing team and customers across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Dispatching experience is preferred.
• Spanish language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the service department in NYC Metro and NJ area.
• Field incoming calls and emails from customers and prospects with high service standards.
• Dispatch Service Technicians via email or phone as requests come in.
• Maintain technicians' daily schedules and coordinate with teams.
• Debrief customers after call completion when needed.
• Schedule and dispatch servicemen to locations per schedules or urgent needs.
• Create and track service calls and work orders.
• Coordinate with mechanics, supervisors, and sales to resolve service requests.
• Communicate with parts vendors and arrange installation of parts to sites.
• Maintain service reports, logs, and inventory records.
• Prepare daily work schedules (tune-ups, installs, inspections).
