First Choice Coffee Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will handle calls and emails, relay customer requests to the Daiohs team, and support daily administrative tasks related to orders and payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of office experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Processes incoming calls and emails, including customer orders submitted by telephone, email, and fax.
• Relays customer concerns and requests to appropriate team members in a timely fashion.
• Generates daily manifests for Route Drivers and Service Technicians using company software.
• Checks in with Route Drivers and reconciles customer funds received during deliveries.
• Dispatches Service Technicians for repair calls and coordinates installations.
• Maintains accounts receivable with balances and reduces attrition.
• Processes and applies payments to customer accounts.
• Communicates sales leads to branch personnel.
• Provides backup with daily sales reports and month-end processes.
• Keeps records of customer interactions and files documents.
• Develops knowledge of products, services, and pricing.
