Job summary

Eldorado Coffee Roasters in New York's tri-state area is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for our call center. You will handle calls, take orders and assist customers to ensure satisfaction with our products and services.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a call center, strong communication skills, and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Spanish language skills are preferred; on-site schedule is Monday–Thursday, 8am–2pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Call Center Customer Service.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; follow instructions.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Ability to resolve low-priority issues without supervision.
• Willingness to learn Eldorado Coffee Roasters products; terminology and use.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming client calls and take orders.
• Arrange service calls and solve client issues in a call center environment.
• Provide timely, professional customer support to enhance relationships.
• Collaborate with team and report to Call Center Manager.
