Equator Coffees in San Rafael, CA is seeking a Service Coordinator to own the administrative workflow for equipment service requests across wholesale partners and company cafes. This role documents requests, performs initial remote troubleshooting, and dispatches technicians, tracking cases through resolution.

You will be responsible for service billing and records, collaborating with Account Managers, Sales, and Operations, with consistent availability on Wednesday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in service coordination, dispatch, or similar roles.
• Experience with commercial coffee equipment service is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with ability to manage priorities.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new ticketing and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage service intake via shared inbox, phone, and case queues.
• Gather complete intake details and perform initial remote troubleshooting.
• Dispatch technicians or vendors and track progress to resolution.
• Maintain accurate case notes, billing records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely service delivery and escalations.
