Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in service coordination or related role.
• Excellent written, verbal, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM platforms and microsoft office tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle service intake and customer communication across channels.
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Complete service billing and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and inventory records.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely case resolution.
