Chemtek, Inc. is seeking an organized Service Dispatcher / Coordinator to manage service requests, technician schedules, deliveries, and work-order documentation from our Yanceyville facility. This role serves as the central link among customers, technicians, the shop, purchasing, and management.

You will prioritize safety and customer impact, coordinate travel, and ensure timely communication while maintaining accurate records and calendars for preventive maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, logistics, or service coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules.
• Professional telephone and email communication.
• Experience with CRM/ERP or scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive service requests and gather complete customer and equipment details.
• Prioritize calls based on safety, impact, and parts availability.
• Schedule local and traveling technicians, deliveries, and installations.
• Coordinate routes to minimize travel and downtime.
• Prepare work orders and provide technicians with needed information.
• Maintain calendars and track repeat service calls and parts usage.
