Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the hub for the service department, coordinating repair work with customers and technicians, processing invoices, and performing overall administrative duties.

You will work in both an office and shop setting, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills and experience supporting customers in person and over the phone in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years or more as an administrative assistant or similar role.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel (formulas, charts, graphs), Word and PowerPoint.
• Two (2) years assisting customers with accounts in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, quote, and discuss repair services with customers and technicians.
• Provide updates to customers on services and invoices both in person and over the phone.
• Communicate with management about issues related to invoicing, customer complaints, and technician needs.
• Dispatch field service technicians to customer sites.
• Open work orders and update systems with service history.
• Process and close work orders for completed work.
• Create purchase order numbers and code invoices for accounts payable.
