Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the hub for the service department, coordinating repair work with customers and technicians, handling invoices, and performing routine administrative duties.

You will work in a combined office and shop setting, building strong customer relationships while ensuring timely updates on services and invoicing. A high school diploma and administrative experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• At least two years as an administrative assistant or similar role.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel (formulas, charts, graphs), Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, quote, and discuss repair services with customers and technicians.
• Provide updates to customers on services and invoices.
• Communicate with management about invoicing issues and technician needs.
• Dispatch field service technicians to customer sites.
• Open and update work orders with service history.
• Process and close work orders for completed work.
• Create purchase order numbers and code invoices for accounts payable.
