You will answer calls, coordinate with technicians and internal teams, and manage service dispatches with attention to accuracy and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Very organized and able to multi-task
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused with ability to adapt to workloads

Responsibilities

• Process work orders for service work and collect technicians' time
• Answer incoming calls from customers, technicians and employees
• Communicate daily customer needs such as service calls, POs and invoice disputes
• Maintain Work In Process (WIP) per policy and monitor timecards for accuracy
• Coordinate with internal teams (technicians, parts, accounting) and provide dispatch support
