Job summary

U.S. Engineering is seeking a Service Coordinator to efficiently coordinate service calls and technician schedules while delivering excellent customer experience.

You will act as the hub between customers, technicians, and management to ensure accurate scheduling, dispatch, and completion of service requests. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a customer service or administrative role, familiarity with dispatch processes, and knowledge of HVAC terminology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role (dispatch, operations, or accounting support).
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch, work assignments, and work order processes for timely service delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for operational and technician support within the region.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and service calls using the Dispatch Board.
• Ensure accurate client and job setup in operational software; open/close work orders.
• Communicate daily with Operations Management and Technicians on assignments and statuses.
• Assist with other related duties to support continuity of service.
