Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
• Enter call details promptly into Service Titan.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments.
• Prioritize and coordinate scheduling based on customer needs.
• Dispatch technicians to job sites efficiently and communicate changes.
• Close out completed jobs with technician-provided information.
• Coordinate delays with customers and technicians.
• Perform additional duties to support the team.
