Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking a Dispatch/Customer Service Representative to manage high-quality customer service, schedule service calls, and dispatch technicians. You will handle calls professionally, enter details into Service Titan, and coordinate between customers and field staff to ensure timely, accurate service.

The role requires organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for weekend shifts and a collaborative team approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of office/phone experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional data entry skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturday or Sunday shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Enter call details accurately and promptly into Service Titan.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments.
• Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services based on customer requirements.
• Dispatch technicians to job locations efficiently.
• Communicate with field technicians regarding job details, changes, and customer needs.
• Close out completed jobs using information provided by technicians.
• Coordinate any schedule delays with both customers and service technicians.
• Perform additional duties as necessary to support the team and meet customer needs.
• Make customer follow-up calls.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
