The role requires organization, dependability, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment. The dispatcher will enter call details into Service Titan, prioritize schedules, and coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely service and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of office/phone experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy are expected.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls professionally and courteously.
• Enter call details accurately into Service Titan.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments.
• Dispatch technicians to job locations efficiently.
• Communicate job details and changes to field staff.
• Close out completed jobs with technician information.
• Monitor schedule delays and coordinate with customers and techs.
• Perform additional duties to support the team and customer needs.
• Make customer follow-up calls and maintain service standards.

• Communicate with field technicians regarding job details, changes, and customer needs.
• Close out completed jobs using information provided by technicians.
• Coordinate any schedule delays with both customers and service technicians.
• Perform additional duties as necessary to support the team and meet customer needs.
• Make customer follow-up calls.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
