Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented individual for an onsite role in Illinois. You will coordinate safety data, track training, and manage truck inventory counts while scheduling technicians and handling customer surveys.

Work with the Service Team Manager to ensure timely service delivery and cost-effective performance. The position is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with local candidates preferred to commute reliably.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet business applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety statistics and track safety training under supervision.
• Schedule technicians and manage customer service requests with guidance from leads.
• Generate and track customer orders, process shipments, and manage inventories.
