Job summary

Minuteman Security & Life Safety is seeking a Service Coordinator to organize and schedule service activities for the security department. You will liaise between customers, field technicians, and service management to ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, tracking work orders, and maintaining detailed records in the service management system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or administrative role, preferably in service or security industries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in service management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments and dispatch technicians to client sites.
• Track and manage work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to service standards.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on service requests, ETA, and status updates.
• Document service activities and maintain detailed records in the service management system.
• Support field technicians by providing information on job requirements, customer preferences, and technical notes.
• Assist the Service Manager in tracking technician availability, skill levels, and certifications for assignments.
