Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a Service Dispatch Coordinator to schedule service calls for technicians and monitor status in our queue. This office-based role emphasizes excellent customer service and clear communication with clients and branch teammates.

You will work with multiple software programs in a collaborative office environment, coordinating with customers and field staff across our Midwest footprint.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years related experience/training in alarm monitoring or scheduling is preferred and/or two years of service dispatch related work in any industry.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to interpret notes in accounts and instructions.
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
• Work cohesively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling of service calls and assignment of job duties for technicians.
• Communicate professionally with customers and techs on status of service calls.
• Track, update and maintain status of calls/service tickets in Service Queue and customer accounts.
• Track and report all service work done.
• Inform customers of Per Mar Security Services of products and services and refer business to appropriate department.
