Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Service Coordinator to join a fast-paced team in Georgia. The role focuses on dispatching, service coordination, and customer interactions to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational skills, and experience withMS Office tools. This full-time position supports a collaborative culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years call center, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in a construction industry environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, service dispatching, scheduling, and inquiries.
• Create and dispatch work orders in iCare for planned maintenance and service.
• Attend planning sessions and reconcile weekly service paperwork.
• Monitor subcontractor pricing, process invoicing, and manage site access.
• Maintain customer service binders and procurement of parts/materials.
• Provide service quotes and coordinate PM visits.
• Ensure customer satisfaction follow-up and survey administration.
• Enter and manage Spectrum maintenance data.
• Provide overflow administrative support as required.
