Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator in Duluth, GA to support service dispatch, scheduling, and field administration. You will engage with customers and technicians to ensure timely maintenance and accurate work orders, while maintaining service quality and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
• Basic financial knowledge (receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching and scheduling.
• Create and dispatch work orders in iCare for planned maintenance.
• Attend weekly planning sessions and reconcile service paperwork.
• Enter time sheets and process invoicing and subcontractor pricing.
• Maintain customer service binders and assist with satisfaction surveys.
• Provide administrative overflow support as needed.
