Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to handle customer service calls, coordinate service with technicians and customers, and maintain a high level of professional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work within a collaborative team, grow with the company, and contribute to delivering world-class service while supporting a positive culture and strong values.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years call center, dispatch, or administrative.
• Preferred Experience: Construction industry environment (not required).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service with technicians, sub-contractors and customers within designated CTC location.
• Answer, respond to, and meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
• May act as a lead, coordinating the work of others, but not a supervisor.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
