Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Experience coordinating with technicians or field staff is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer, respond to, and resolve incoming customer service calls in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate service with technicians, subcontractors, and customers within designated locations.
• May lead coordinating efforts for tasks while not acting as a supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as required.
