Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls including service dispatching and scheduling.
• Create and dispatch work orders and coordinate planned maintenance.
• Monitor subcontractor pricing and assist with invoicing processes.
• Update customer service binders and maintain documentation.
