Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency calls.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding service requests, updates, and scheduling.
• Create, update, and close work orders in the service management system.
• Coordinate with the parts department to order necessary components and track inventory.
