Job summary

DH Pace Company, a Houston-based division, seeks a Department Coordinator for its Service Department to coordinate field employees and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves dispatching, scheduling, and supporting billing and service tickets to keep operations running smoothly.

You will work with the estimating team to provide service quotes, assist field techs with troubleshooting, and maintain accurate work orders and documents for processing.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field techs or dispatching in a high-volume setting.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians for customer job sites and manage job details.
• Confirm COD payments are collected before job completion.
• Maintain accurate service tickets and customer billing requirements
• Run and review department reports to meet customer commitments
• Assist with billing paperwork and service quotes with estimating team
• Provide accurate work orders and warehouse pick lists
• Support field techs with troubleshooting and problem solving
• Handle other duties as assigned
