Job summary

DH Pace Company is hiring a Department Coordinator in Coppell, TX to coordinate field technicians and service activities in our Service Department. The role focuses on scheduling, billing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate ticketing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in dispatch or other high volume administration field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-service focus.
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
• Able to multi-task and represent the company professionally.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians to customer job sites and finalize job details for processing.
• Ensure COD payments are collected prior to job completion.
• Maintain accurate technician schedules and align tickets for materials, billing and voided tickets.
• Generate and review department reports to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with billing paperwork and service quotes when required.
• Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
• Collaborate with estimating to provide service quotes as needed.
• Support field techs with troubleshooting and problem solving.
