Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a dispatch or other high volume administration field is a plus.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be focused on customer service.
• Must have good time management skills, be organized and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians to customer job sites and finalize job details.
• Ensure COD payments are collected before job completion.
• Maintain technician schedules and align tickets with materials, billing, and closeouts.
• Run and review department reports to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with billing paperwork and meet billing document requirements.
• Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
• Work with estimating team to provide service quotes when required.
• Assist field techs with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to warehouse.
