Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.

• Experience with ConnectWise is a plus; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizing, scheduling and dispatching service staff.
• Ordering and expediting required parts.
• Reviewing resolved service tickets upon completion.
• Verification of time entries/GPS logs.
• Replenishing stock of service parts and accountability.
• Assistance with development, implementation and documentation of Service Department processes.
