You will coordinate with technicians and vendors to ensure timely service delivery and uphold high quality standards throughout the process. Qualifications

• 0-2 years of technician support or dispatching experience or Equivalent Experience.
• High School Degree or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching: coordinate with managers to schedule work and update the dispatch board.
• Client relations: maintain good client relations and clear communication with clients.
• Service agreements: coordinate monthly Preventative Maintenance scheduling and know each agreement.
• Technician admin support: gather information, log work orders, and assist in procurement and follow-up.
