Gallery Residential seeks a Service Director to manage on-site maintenance, oversee make-ready processes, and uphold safety and quality across buildings and grounds. The role requires coordinating with residents, team members, and contractors while ensuring compliance with policies and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED (college preferred), relevant certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED; college or technical degree preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications, CPAO or Certified Pool/Spa Operator certificates a must.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Assists with work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep by diagnosing defects and making repairs per policy and safety standards.
• Oversees and completes the make‑ready process for vacant units, coordinating with vendors and scheduling tasks.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, buildings, interiors, and common areas to reflect high community quality.
• Inspects work by team members and contractors to ensure quality, and develops corrective action plans as needed.
