Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Director to oversee maintenance of on-site property facilities, grounds, and amenities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality. You will manage work orders, coordinate with vendors, and lead a maintenance team to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED (college preferred), EPA certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• 2–3 years apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED; college or technical degree preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications; CPO and driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready process for new move-ins, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Maintains inventory of parts and materials; supports budget and cost-control efforts.
• Conducts safety meetings and ensures OSHA/MSDS compliance.
